About T.VAS

T.VAS Engineering Group was founded in 1994 by a group of experienced engineers and technicians specializing in Electrostatic Precipitator or ESP in cement plants, chemical plants, and bio-mass power plants.

​

In 2002, the company was commercially registered to provide services in installation, repairing, manufacturing, maintenance, improving, upgrading for electrostatic precipitators and other mechanical equipment.

​

In 2012, the company started manufacturing major parts for EPS. Collecting plates and discharge electrodes were being manufactured for the first time in Thailand with technical cooperation from leading companies from Korea and Germany.

​

The collecting plates can be manufactured in various types such as Sigma Profile (with the widths ranging from 480, 484, and 750), Rigid Frame, or OEM as per required sizes.

The discharge electrodes can be manufactured as RS (Spike Type), Spring Coils, Dura Throde, and Rigid Frame.

Our products have the qualities and standards equivalent to those manufactured overseas with much cheaper prices as there are no import taxes and custom duties, transportation costs. The costs are also reduced by short time inventory.

The raw materials are being certified for qualities and are in accordance with ISO 9000 standards. The products can be traced back as all time and we guarantee each and every piece of our products.

T.VAS Engineering Group have sent our engineers to gain more experiences from ESP schools and to attend International Conference on Electrostatic Precipitation or ICESP many times such as the 11th ICESP in Hang Zhou China in 2008, the 12th ICESP in Nurnberg, Germany, in 2011, and the 13th ICESP in Bangalore, India, in 2013.

Moreover, T.VAS Engineering Group, we use computer software from United State Environmental Protection Association – US EPA) in analysis, efficiency calculation, dust discharging calculation. And we can design the entire ESP system.
